Defendant barked out
repeatedly "You are fired." on the day of termination. During
investigation it would say: "Respondent made the decision to
eliminate the position." Another young employee shared the
same position was not affected, who belong to the same ethnic group and
shared the same ancestry as the Treasurer and many others at Respondent.
To avoid comparison Defendant played words and twisted
facts, falsified another document, but refused to reveal what was that gentleman's job duty, and
what he had done. Another defendant's concocted excuse is
"reducing work force." In realty defendant employed more
people to do the same job afterwards.
Before the unlawful discharge, the
only relevant event is : System was down, Treasurer demanded firing.
Defendant failed to reveal who was responsible for the problems. After
choosing a easy target as scapegoat, defendant pretended not knowing my
age and national origin.
