Discrimination existed in
all the hiring, employing and firing processes against my age and
national origin.
When system was down as
frequently happened, defendant needed
a scapegoat; I
became a handy target because of my age sex, and national origin; I was not responsible for
any of the system problems, but was fired on my birthday;
A similar situated younger
employee with substantially higher pay, was not affected, who belong to
the same ethnic group and shared the same ancestry as the Treasurer and
many others. Several other young employees still worked at defendant,
who might be blamed for the system problem. Even an intern position was
secured because she had a relative working at Respondent;
During employment at
defendant I was bullied, insulted and humiliated because of my age,
gender and
national origin.
