Respondent forged fraud
documents under investigation. There was no date and
signature on one of the fake documents. Discharge letter written by
Defendant is a firm proof that the fraud document was forged long
after I was fired. Defendant could not reveal
when it was written, how it was delivered and to whom; who knew its
existence and how. The fraud document is a product of defamation. I
received a good job evaluation before I was fired; if there were such a
document before the unlawful termination it would be the strangest
thing in the world no body mentioned it on the day of firing. Further,
within two weeks before the firing, evidence showed it was
critical, I took additional responsibility of a Senior and Junior
Database Administrators while they were on vacation. There is no
possibility Respondent created the forged document of defamation before
firing.
To avoid comparison defendant falsified another document
regarding another employee's job title.
