Evidence of Deformation

Defendant concluded in writing neither job performance nor productivity were factors to determine the discharge.

I received  good evaluations until the day I was fired.

During investigation one of falseified documents appeared, which was a product of defamation.

On the day of the firing and during investigation defendant spread numerous rumors regarding productivity.

I submitted work samples, which proved defendant committed per se deformation without any reasonable doubt. Defendant dare not and failed to provide what its favorite employee had done in the same period of time.
